Q. How do I cancel my registration for a training session?
A. Go to the Cancellation or Reschedule Request form and fill out the appropriate information. Or call Customer Service at 1-800-323-8724, option 2.
IMPORTANT: You must have you original class registration information to complete the request form.

Q. What if the class I want to take is full or closed - is
there a wait list?
A. Send an e-mail to RIA Customer Training. We will attempt to add you to the full or closed class. If we can’t add you, we will respond via e-mail with future class dates and times.

Q. I have co-workers who would like to sit with me during a
Virtual Class. Can we all get CPE credit?
A. No. It is a CPE requirement that each individual be at their own computer when attending a Virtual Class.

Q. I have not received my e-mail with access instructions.
A. There are three things you should try:
- Check your Spam folder.
- E-mail RIA Training with
your name and the keycode of your class (or class name, type of training,
date and time) and request access instructions.
- Please call Customer Service at 1-800-323-8724 and press option 2. A representative
will confirm your training request, verify your e-mail address and generate
access instructions.

Q. I didn't receive my training materials in time for a Virtual Class.
A. Refer to your reminder e-mail message. It contains a link to download the class materials.

Q. When and how will I receive my class materials?
A. For Seminar Training, you will receive an email reminder approximately 2 business days prior to your class with the date, time and exact address. Training materials will be provided at the session.
A. For a Virtual Class, , you will either receive training materials, via FedEx, approximately 1 week after you register, or a link to the training materials will be included in your reminder e-mail.

Q. What do I need to participate in a Virtual Class?
A. You will need:
- A computer with the TTA Research & Guidance product installed and ready to use. (Login ID's, passwords, etc.)
- Internet access
- A phone line to access the teleconference. A speakerphone or headset.

Q. How do I get CPE?
A. During a virtual class, you will be asked to answer polling questions to verify your attendance throughout the session. By answering all polling questions, you become eligible for CPE credit. Your CPE certificate will be mailed to you within 4 to 6 weeks.
A. If you attended a regional seminar on on-site training, your instructor will give you details on how you will receive your CPE certificate.
